Aerospace & Defense

  • Over 20 years Aerospace & Defense engineering experience in structures, subsystems, and tooling design.
  • CAD design experience in CATIA, NX, CREO, Solidworks, and AutoCAD
  • Product Life Management systems utilized include ENOVIA and TeamCenter Engineering
  • 3D Model Based definition per ASME Y14.41 and 2D drawing procedures per ASME Y14.5
  • Design and strength analysis experience with composites, weldments, riveted assemblies, machined fittingsĀ castings, and sheetmetal flat patterns
  • Engineering services performed on or off-site to meet clientā€™s needs which include conceptual design, build to print engineering packages for manufacturing, and product life cycle upgrades and maintenance.
  • Collaboration Procedures
    • Documented plan on communication throughout the project along with staffing procedures
  • Familiarization and Execution Plan
    • A documented detailed plan on how to start the new project and a documented plan on how to execute
  • Lessons Learned
    • Documented Review of project after completion and summarize what we learned and how we could do better with quality and delivery
